NPC: A visiting mermish trader
Long Desc: A strong, well-travelled merman stays in the village, having recently brought a new shipment of goods.

This merman is one of many who bring shipments of salvaged goods from the
bottom of the sea to be sold at the trading post in Naulitas to merchants
from all over Alyria.  They hail chiefly from Atlantis, but some originate
from other underwater settlements yet to be discovered by surface-dwellers.
He appears to be somewhat tired from his journey, and has sought to
recuperate in one of the houses designed specifically for visiting merfolk.
He would probably not be best pleased at having to deal with any more
merchants before he has had some rest.
He is a merman approximately 5'5" tall.
