This is the chamber in which rituals and dark experiments are commenced. 
The walls and ceiling are made of rough gray stone and the floor is covered
in a thick layer of fine gray sand.  Hundreds of shelves are set back into
the stone walls, each filled with a black or white colored candle.  Energy
seeps in from the surrounding rooms providing power for the rituals. 
Ancient words of power echo off of the walls as they are chanted in unison.
