As you stand in the entrance hallway of the Tower of Riga you notice the
air is strangely cold, possibly because of wind from the mountains a short
distance south from here.  The ground beneath you is paved in marble and the
sound of your stride echoes through the hallway.  North from here an arch
leads into a musty, paneled hallway and to the west is a narrow,
moss-covered hallway.  There is a large oak door to your east.
