Renowned the world over as a unique craft of grace and pleasantry, the
Inconvenience floats lazily on the windstreams across Alyria, her
destination set by the four winds and her schedule kept by the benevolence
of Dira.  The balloon that provides the lift is painted brillian hues, with
the royal seals of all seven members of the Council of Arcane dandifying the
exterior.  The balloon stays aloft eternally, clearing treetops, mountain
peaks and cresting waves alike, yet remaining accessible via a knotted
tether flapping behind.  The view is beautiful, and there really is nowhere
else like it. A compass at the basket edge reads '627, 1116.'
