This is the Headquarters of the eagle guards.  There is nothing elaborate
about it - a bunch of feathers, dead leaves, splinters of wood form a
rough-ringed nest but there is something unspeakable about it, almost
forbidding.  Further inspection reveals a tiny hole in the nest that leads
down.
