This is a rather dark and chilly alleyway between two buildings. 
Overturned garbage cans and debris are strewn across the cobblestone paved
ground.  The smell of rotting trash, spilled ale, and vomit permeates the
area, almost making you throw up as well.  To the west, you can make out the
Perplexed Otter restaurant.  Rowan Road is to the north, and you can see
Main Street to the south.  
A runaway child glumly loiters here.
A filthy beggar wanders aimlessly here.
