You are in an eight sided room.  Each wall of this room is beautifully
crafted from flawless white marble.  An eight-sided stained glass skylight
depicting one of the great battles of Alyria's past illuminates the room
with a soft, multicolored light.  Four marble archways contain exits leading
in the cardinal directions.  
     A map of the town of Rune has carelessly been left here.
     A stone with a small sun marked upon it has been left here.
