This is short, but spacious hallway leading deep into the Runic Temple. 
The walls are made of sparkling white granite, which is lit from above by an
unknown light source that almost makes the stone glow as if lit from within.
The hallway continues to the north, while a huge spiral staircase winds up
to the second floor.  To the east is a little used storage room.
