This grotto, apparently once inhabited by some manner of intelligent
creature has been overrun by some manner of creature which seem to be
related to kobolds.  These pitiful creatures shrink from you and attempt to
hide in the shadows to avoid your gaze.  From the shadows you can hear their
annoying sniveling and a wave of disgust washes over you.
