NPC: The head kobold
Long Desc: The kobold taskmaster steps forward in challenge.

This older, stronger kobold has lived through years of treachery by his
lessers through wit and strength.  However, it seems that a disease is
defeating him where his enemies could not.  Blood runs freely from open
sores covering his body; you retch at the stench.  His lips curl in defiance
as he demands to know why you are here.
He is a kobold approximately 5'5" tall.
