This large police station is the home of the New Rigel law enforcement
agencies.  A massive desk is near the door, with an officer behind it taking
crime reports from people.  Various other guards are wandering about,
researching cases or processing arrests.  You wonder how anything ever gets
done, since there is so much going on all the time in this constabulary.  
     A cluster of hairs have fallen here.
