This room in the constabulary contains the desks of the various police
officials in the town.  Each officer is assigned a significant number of
cases, and their desks are all piled high with paperwork.  Because there are
so many crimes reported and only a certain number of guards to investigate
them, many go unsolved.  The law enforcement agents in New Rigel certainly
have their work cut out for them.  
     A long pliant willow twig has been left here.
     Someone has accidently dropped a raisin here.
     A cluster of hairs have fallen here.
     A small speckled-brown egg has been left here by its mother.
A small brown pony looks for a bite to eat here.
