This large office is virtually covered with paperwork.  The magistrate's
desk has two boxes marked "in" and "out", but they are both stuffed full of
files.  More loose papers are lying on top of the desk and the filing
cabinets against the wall, and many notices and wanted posters are tacked to
a bulletin board.  The Magistrate is one of the busiest officials in the
entire city.  
     A freshly cracked egg has been abandoned by its owner.
     A cluster of hairs have fallen here.
     A small speckled-brown egg has been left here by its mother.
     A piece of brightly colored paper has been scrunched up and left here.
