Calling this overgrown sidewalk a road seems a bit of an exaggeration as
you've seen larger driveways, but it serves some of the politically powerful
of New Rigel so it's treated as a normal street.  Really, there is a certain
logic to it as you've never seen a courthouse whose address is an alley.  To
the north lies the courthouse.  
     A long pliant willow twig has been left here.
     A cluster of hairs have fallen here.
     A tiny yellow feather floats along in the breeze.
     A piece of brightly colored paper has been scrunched up and left here.
An old lady pushes a small cart down the street.
