Calling this overgrown sidewalk a road seems a bit of an exaggeration as
you've seen larger driveways, but it serves some of the politically powerful
of New Rigel so it's treated as a normal street.  Really, there is a certain
logic to it as you've never seen a courthouse whose address is an alley. 
Making a sharp turn to the north, Pebble Road continues towards Maple
Street.  New Rigel's town hall is directly to the west.
