The blank walls and oak floors continue through the hallway here.  You
wonder why the townhall is so sparcely decorated.  Upon the door to the
west, the city crest hangs proudly.  You notice for the first time that it
is peacefully quiet here.  No one is rushing around, trying to get something
completed.  To the west, the Mayor's office resides.
