As you enter a wealthy part of town, the streets are now paved with
glittering stones.  Townhouses of the ultra-rich line the street, and ahead
is the famous Ilandrama Academy.  The smells of expensive food from lavish
restaurants float down the street, mixing with the noxious vapors coming
from the entrance to the sewer below you.  
An old hag shuffles along here looking for handouts.
