You are in a large instruction room.  Various weapons for the use of the
class line the walls and racks, and students are hard at work practicing. 
This is one of the newest classes at the academy, and the instructor has
just recently been hired.  As a result he is working hard and putting in
extra hours, so he can make a good impression and hopefully get tenured in
the future.  Although many of the students here still scoff at the idea of
using a yo-yo as a weapon, there are still quite a few people signed up for
the class.
