The walls of this instruction room are decorated with many portraits and
paintings, and guidelines for the student to follow are displayed
prominently.  Equipment lies in the corner of the room until needed.  The
instructor paces around, demonstrating the best way to knock the wind out of
people.  The students practice on each other, often falling to the padded
floor.
