Cut from the bedrock under Sigil, these forgotten sewage tunnels,
transport the city's refuse out into the country.  The smell of the waste is
nearly overpowering and the thought of what floats in this waist deep water
causes you to gag.  Rats swim with the current and move towards anything
they see in hopes of food, disease and plague sores show through their
filthy fur.  A drain cover has been installed over your head here to allow
access to unclog the drains.
