Halfield Way is the northernmost road in Tellerium, following the
straight path of the protective wall that surrounds the city.  You face
sheer gray stone when facing north but to the south there are the homes and
businesses of a healthy capital city.  Underfoot the paving stones are
replaced by the interlocking scraps of granite of Mason Lane which leads
south from here.
