Wilkenson Boulevard, which defines the western edge of Tellerium, begins
its southerly journey from this point, hugging the stone retainer that
protects the city from invasion.  To the north and west is the smooth gray
wall fortifying the city while to the east Halfield way borders the northern
boundary of Tellerium.  
     A tall obelisk radiates a blanket of magical silence all around it.
