Felstaff Lane is an odd little road that leads from Belleck Way down to
Gulf Street.  Narrow and twisting with frequent potholes, it seems more like
a series of connected alleys than a planned roadway.  Sliding to the crude
curb to avoid a particularly unpleasant mud puddle you realize that this
street isn't a priority for the city street crews.  Sounds of pleasure drift
in from the north.
