During high tide great waves crash against the reinforced wall that
follows the coast of lower Avros and sea birds circle overhead.  The sea
air is moist and cool and rather pleasant.  From here Telleri Avenue follows
the city wall north, defining the eastern edge of the city.  
     The bloody, severed head of a crafty rogue is lying here.
