Freelance Road runs through the heart of the administrative quarter of
Tellerium.  This section of the road connects Telleri and Freelance to
Draper Drive.  The breeze wafting in from the south carries the smell of the
sea and the sound of horses.  
A young child wanders the streets looking for something to do.
