Freelance Road runs through the heart of the administrative quarter of
Tellerium.  This section of the road connects Telleri and Freelance to
Draper Drive and is generally known as the hospital district.  To the west
lie the gates of Tellerium Hospital.  To the east lies a small,
secure-looking building with ornate ironwork over the windows.  
A guard patrols the town making sure the streets are safe.
