Freelance Road runs through the heart of the administrative quarter of
Tellerium.  This section of the road connects Telleri and Freelance to
Draper Drive and north of this point is generally known as the hospital
district.  Here Freelance makes a sharp turn leading north toward the
hospital and west.  
     A tall obelisk radiates a blanket of magical silence all around it.
