Frigate Street dead ends at Battle Boulevard at one extreme and Gulf
Street at the other.  The road is heavily patrolled due to the proximity to
Lord Telleri's house and the only buildings you see are guard huts and the
barracks which house the elite honor guard which handles the ruler's
personal protection.  
    You sense a hidden life form in the area.
