Cooper Street was once a thriving center of craftsmen back when Tellerium
was a small, self-sufficient village instead of the thriving center of trade
it is today.  Years ago the villagers relied on skilled coopers to make
airtight barrels for them to salt their fish and store dried fruits for the
long winter but those arts have been lost.  Such an active sea port ensures
the residents fresh food year round and the coopers gradually died out.
