Though you cannot see much to the south because of the gates and heavy
foliage, the bricks underfoot are laid in a complex herringbone pattern that
couldn't have come cheaply.  A discreet sign posted in the guard shack
encourages vendors to use the service entrance.
The gatekeeper stops those not allowed in Jasper Circle.
