Jasper Circle is paved in brick set in a classic herringbone pattern,
setting the standard for good taste in the kingdom.  To the south is a solid
dwelling, large by normal standards but by far the most modest house in the
area.  The residents must have impeccable social credentials to be this
unconcerned with impressing their neighbors.  The road continues its path
along the pond north and southeast.  West is Goldwell Manor, the childhood
home of Lady Telleri.
