Taking the dried grain that has been stored since harvest, the millworks
grinds it between two giant stone disks that are driven by teams of oxen on
the floor below.  The ground flour is then packed into cloth sacks and
carried to storage until it's sold.
This worker is moving sacks of grain and pouring them into the machines.
