This small house has definitely seen better days.  While it's large
enough to accommodate one or two people in relative comfort it hasn't been
properly maintained.  A tiny kitchen in the corner of the main living area
shows water damage from a leaking roof and a single bedroom completes the
modest dwelling.  Either the owner died or they simply abandoned the house,
regardless it's not been lived in recently.
