The rogue's guild of Tellerium is where one may learn and practice
various defensive skills and offensive methods that allow one to harm the
opponent either from a safe distance or to inflict a good deal of damage as
a surprise.  Though the building looks deserted, occasionally from the
corner of your eye you catch a shadow moving.
