Still within the walls of the rogues' guild, the archery range and this
small dirt path leading to it has no roof, the top of the building being
open to the air.  It's unclear whether this was designed specifically to
enhance some skill which rogues should have or if it was a simple matter of
economics when the guildhall was under construction.
