This small store room off the kitchen at Dlerick's is lined with shelves
of herbs and spices with large bins of potatoes, onions and other root
vegetables.  Jars of preserved fruit and jams await use while the cool
darkness of the room helps to preserve the fresh produce over the long
winter.
