This building has all the trappings of old wealth, designed to make the
establishment appear stable and secure.  Fluted marble columns flank the
front door supporting nothing but the imagination of the designer.  Tellers
are safely ensconced behind gilded steel bars and a burly security guard
watches the customers with thinly-veiled suspicion.
