The Sepharian ambassador to Avros frequently hosts lavish banquets and
receptions including local dignitaries and social elite as well as diplomats
from the other embassies in town.  The Ballroom is one of the grandest in
Tellerium with polished floors, brilliant chandeliers and room for an
orchestra of respectable size.
