Footsteps ring out, bouncing off the high arched granite ceiling of the
building housing the seat of government in Avros.  Intricately detailed
plasterwork decorates the walls reflecting the design of the marble inlaid
in the floors.  This wing contains the Chamber of Lords with an office for
the head Lord.
