The primary purchaser of the local fishermen's harvest, the Tellerium
Fishery is filled with long tables of fish being stripped of scales and
relieved of the parts not generally eaten by people.  Barrels at the end of
the sloped tables catch the heads, guts and tails to be sent to the bait
shop for sale while the edible fish that remains is preserved in brine to be
exported throughout the world.
