An extremely small building, these guard huts are scattered at short
intervals all around this area containing both Telleri's palace and the
governor's mansion.  Each contains one hard uncomfortable chair and
absolutely nothing else.  They are designed to protect the guards from the
weather but not to encourage potential distractions.
