All across this large single room building are beds.  Two rows of six,
each stacked two high provides sleeping for twenty-four men.  Trunks at the
foot and between each pairing of beds provides storage for personal
belongings, pressed uniforms hang in small lockers which protect the
garments' crisp creases.
