This tower is the only place in Tellerium able to withstand the force of
the obelisks preventing magic use in the city.  Built like a small fortress,
it is tall enough to rise above the anti-magic waves issuing from the
pillars that have come to symbolize Tellerium.  It is rumored that the
wizard Kessler living at the top of this structure is powerful and quite
insane.
