These small gray cement block cubicles confine Tellerium's criminal
population.  Four prisoners share a small room, two beds stacked on either
side of the door.  Opposite the heavily-fortified entrance to the cell is a
small barred window embedded high on the wall, too narrow for a head to pass
through but still allowing a sliver of light to enter the room.  
A prisoner spends his days drawing in the dirt of his jail cell.
A doodling prisoner grins evilly.  This is getting scary!
A doodling prisoner exclaims, 'Better watch yer back in this place Numi or you won't live long enough to get out!'
