You step into a small room completely lined with wood, the air very dry.
The temperature inside is so high as to take your breath away, causing you
to begin perspiring immediately.  Such self-inflicted discomfort seems an
odd way to relax but the people sitting on the bench with their eyes closed,
sweating profusely seem to find it therapeutic.
