You have entered a room full of heat and steam.  Grills line the western
wall with large pots and pans set atop them.  On the eastern wall, you see
large cabinets full of serving plates, eating utensils, glasses and cooking
equipment.  The cooks have to work fast to meet their dead lines.  It is not
uncommon for them to get in each others way and spill a boiling hot dish
across the floor so watch you feet!
