You are walking along a brick road that runs north south along the bay. 
When the tide runs high the water will sometimes crash over the small stone
barriers that hold the waves in check.  Many times pirates and other scum
can be found along this road making shady deals with the criminal element of
Templeton.  The pier is off to the west.  
     The bloody, severed head of a foreign visitor is lying here.
