Xebbert's house is a real pit.  There are shelves over in the corner
filled with all kinds of knicknacks and folk art.  He keeps his desk
littered with papers and it looks like he hasn't dusted his house in years. 
A large poster is on the wall near his desk that has pictures of all the
vermine that infest Templeton.  Under that is his license, issued by the
mayor, for catching rodents.
