You have completed a part of your quest!

  This small tavern is well known for its scam artists and con-men.  Many
unwary adventurers come in here and leave without their coin purse.  The
local guards continue to monitor this establishment for illegal activity and
many who enter this place are wanted criminals.  The bar is very nice, as
well as the tables.  This is probably due to the illegal funds that flow
into this place.  

A dubious looking man is standing in the corner eyeing all who enter.
Shady stands behind the bar looking around with trepidation.
A blackjack dealer in a taupe suit speedily shuffles a deck of cards.
