Cityhall is a large white building constructed from the finest concrete,
stone, and marble that was available.  It is a tribute to the city founders
and is considered a great landmark.  The foyer is full of expensive statues,
paintings, and marble pillars.  The floor is marble tiles created in
intricate designs.
